This course will help you develop your pastoral skills - looking particularly at the model of Jesus with his disciples. With this as our backdrop, we will then explore the practical applications for mentoring others (and being mentored ourselves) and the implications for management and supervision.

The course will take place online, 9.30-3.30pm.
