Specialist Pathways
Chaplaincy with Children and Young People
Find out moreThis pathway is for those interested in working in a chaplaincy context. While most chaplaincy roles are in educational institutes, there are broader areas in which chaplains work and this course seeks to equip you for the context that you are most interested in.
This pathway was created with those working with children and their families in mind and is ideal for those working both in and outside of the church.
Christian Leadership in Context
Find out moreThis pathway is for those developing their practice in leadership in churches or other contexts. If you’re leading in a context not covered by different specialist pathways, e.g., community projects, working in the arts or sport, etc., this pathway is ideal for you too.
This pathway is for those in youth work or ministry (working with 11-19 year-olds). Students successfully passing all academic and practice elements will receive the National Youth Agency’s Professional Youth Work award at the end of their second year.
